The only issue you may run into is that you need to have a strong grasp of coding for certain projects as you’ll need to write and amend the code to achieve the intended function.
For example, one of my codes was to generate an initial pool of data points, run it through the PID algorithm then compare all results to find the best one.
It depends on the professor AND mentor that you’re working with, the nature of the project and some luck in obtaining your results.
This module is worth 8MCs (10MCs for me) and will stretch over 2 semesters.

My project used MATLAB and as such I could conveniently run everything from my own laptop.
